Today, he was SO PROUD that he turned the water on with his butt.  I mean, really, what more could a mother ask for?

Today, she had her first bite of rice cereal.  She wasn't terribly interested so I gleefully put it back on the shelf.   (Clearly, I have ISSUES with her reaching milestones and want her to stay a baby FOREVER.)

Stop.  Growing. Already.

I'm a terrible commenter sometimes but wanted to say that I'm very sorry for your loss(es) and unfortunate string of funerals. : (

    That is so hard.

  2. Those two are so dang cute that looking at them almost hurts my eyes. Those faces! I just want to squeeeeeze them. But I won't because they would almost assuredly freak out if Strange Lady were to just grab them and hug away.

Side note: Isn't it weird how blogs can make people feel like they know your children when they've really never even met them in the Real Life?! I experience this phenomenon on every visit home. Let's just say that Ella and Kate now feel it's safe to assume that everyone they meet already knows their entire back story.
