Even though your husband can not remember DEAR, I can verify that the Cathedral School did participate in Drop Everything and Read. Karl was too busy getting high sniffing glue to remember I guess.

DEAR days are alive and well at Riverview Gardens Central Middle School. It is held on Wednesday mornings during homeroom.

Drop Everything And Read. I think it started when I was in the 7th grade. I read Grisham's The Firm. The first big book ever. Anyhow, love the mowhack...is that sans gel?! Is that his birth mark on his belly. Cute.
